The Staff Admin

The staff admin is the person responsible for the procurement of equipment for your staff

With Homedeskr as soon as you sign up you have access to a dashboard with everything you need to keep a happy and productive workforce.

Choose from our extensive equipment to make a custom options list for your staff

We have multiple options for you to choose from to make a bespoke list for your staff. Just want to offer one desk and one chair as options? Not a problem. Your staff can only select from the list you create.

Create accounts for your staff

Add your employee details and the system sends a secure link for them to login and choose their required equipment.

Full pricing and financials but only for you

All our equipment is great value with clear delivery, installation and instruction costs. Every order creates an invoice which is available for viewing and downloading in your Admin area. Don’t worry, your staff see no pricing, costs or invoices, just details on their order and delivery.

Employee documentation and assessments

As part of our service we install, instruct and advise your staff on risk assessment best practice. The records of staff instruction and advisory are all collated and will appear in one place in your admin dashboard.

Staff Accounts You Create

Create as many unique staff accounts your business needs

Each account is unique and can be created in seconds from your Admin dashboard. Staff can only select from your approved list of equipment.

Staff can choose their delivery, installation and instruction date

During checkout your staff will choose the date our team will deliver, install and instruct how to use the equipment. You can see all these details as well as fufilment on the order in your Admin dashboard.

On the date chosen by your staff

We arrive, install and instruct your staff on the equipment. We ensure, through a risk assessment, a safe working environment and make sure your staff are happy with how to use the equipment and maintain a safe environment.
